The DST owns a 331 unit multifamily community situated on 18.87 acres in Texas. The units are broken down into 25 residential buildings, with 147 of the units built in 2014, and the remaining 184 units built in 2022. Community amenities include a clubhouse, business center, fitness center, two resort-style pools, lake, cabana and picnic areas, and gated parking. 

The DST owns a single-story retail building, currently operating as a large chain home improvement store located in New York

state, near the border with Pennsylvania. The building is 131,645

square feet, is situated on 14.488 acres, and includes 708 total parking spaces. The lease on the property ends in 2033, but the tenant can extend the lease for four successive five year periods.

The trust owns a four-story, 100-key select-service chain hotel located 23 miles north of downtown Atlanta. The hotel includes amenities such as The Bistro Restaurant, dry cleaning service, laundry room, outdoor pool, sundry shop, fitness room, business center, and meeting space.

The DST owns a debt-free portfolio of 5 single-tenant, net leased properties that are mixed use between medical and retail, with an average remaining lease term of 11.75 years. The properties are leased by national retail and medical firms, and are located in four states. 

The DST is a portfolio of 13 properties with five tenants, across three industries, located in ten states. Properties include eight retail general stores, four farm supply stores, and one shipping facility. The properties are located in Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia. 

The DST owns a 645,052 square foot commercial facility that is used as a first-mile delivery station adjacent to the Fort Wayne airport, and is 100% triplenet- leased and guaranteed by the tenant. The state-of-the-art facility is situated on 137.91 acres with approximately 25 acres of excess land.
